Mrs. Rodriguez is an experienced Immigration Attorney whose practice includes removal defense, family-based and employment-based immigration matters. She represents clients in complex removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts and federal courts, has experience with asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, and motions to reopen or reconsider.

Betsy is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is fluent in English and Spanish.
